To seek, nurture, promote, recognize, honor, sustain and foster professional musical excellence in children and young adults, who have a genuine interest and/or talent in music/art.  We reinforce this awareness through educational, scholarly activities, musical workshops, musical performances and scholarships.

To develop new audiences for youth and young adult musical expressions; continue the preservation of American Music Jazz, and bring community awareness to the forefront, the wealth of talent being nurtured for possible greatness in communities.  Develop year round programs including musical workshops and musical camps.  Develop a youth jazz orchestra, ensemble, quartet, and trio for performing purposes, such as summer in the park community and corporate performances.   Our development of on-going and new outreach programs for student study culminating in music job performances is an awaiting goal.of our artists.

American Music/Jazz Orchestra/Ensemble/Quartet/Trio Program and Workshops -is intended to promote intensive one-on-one studies and group study with musical masters.  It is designed to help aspiring youth study and develop knowledge of stage performing techniques; intricate orchestral scores, lead sheets, and charts in non-institutional settings, culminating in outstanding performances.

HYMMD's Classical Recital and Jazz Performances are intended to provide experience of stage, lighting, sound, voice dynamics, audience interaction, and program development for, and performance in, concert settings.

Music Intensive Weekly Workshops are designed to provide experience and knowledge of the structure, history, theatre, and its delivery.

Scholarships for continuance of higher eduction in music development.

HYMMD's focus is to produce knowledgeable and experienced children, young adults and adults, from Classical through American Music Jazz artists, who will have the necessary credentials to enter the arena of fine music on a professional level, and be viable in sustaining a music profession, if desired.
